Abstract
The absolute partial electron impact ionization cross sections for the B2H6 molecule was measured using a time-of-flight mass spectrometric technique. A complete set of the absolute ionization cross sections for the formation of all ions from B2H6 was determined in the energy range from threshold to 200 eV.
