Abstract
The Fokker-Planck equation μ∂f/∂x = α∂/∂μ [(1 - μ2)∂f/∂μ], describing particles undergoing elastic small angle collisions with infinitely massive scatterers in a slab, is solved in a variety of limits by analytic and numerical means.
