Abstract

Block copolymers are normally expected to present assignment problems due to degeneracy of the resonances. The authors show here that these difficulties can be circumvented for block oligomeric peptides by tracing connectivities through all possible combinations and use of the DQF-COSY experiment. The assignment of a number of resonances in the 1H NMR spectrum of the parent block oligomer of this series is described.
