Abstract

CMOS electronic photonic integrated circuit provides an important technology for producing ultra wide band signal processors with low cost and high level of integration. Recent developments of CMOS based photonic devices have shown promising results. In this paper we will review and present the RF performances of widely tunable microwave photonic filters fabricated with production CMOS processes.
