Abstract
Faculty meetings are frequently attended by school consultants and are frequently used for diagnostic, training, and evaluation purposes. To formalize what many psychologists may be doing presently, this article considers the means for analyzing faculty meetings to further (a) consultation activity, (b) consultation training, and (c) consultation evaluation.
