Abstract
We consider systems of differential equations where the input can only take values from a set of discrete values. Furthermore the intervals between control input switchings is low bounded. Although some general notions are introduced for the general nonlinear case, more specific developments are presented for the single input (multiple state) linear case and an optimal control approach is outlined for the single input single state case.
