Abstract

Motivated by the robust control problem with input unmodelled dynamics recently addressed by Krstic et al. [6, 7], we point out an alternative method recovering similar results and show that a lower-dimensional robust controller can be constructed. Our result is obtained via an appropriate change of coordinates of the unmodelled dynamics and by applying nonlinear small-gain theorems proposed in our previous work [5].
