N2 - The attractive Hubbard Model is considered in the strong coupling limits (U≫t) by treating the hopping integral, t, as a perturbation. A phase diagram emerges with two critical temperatures: itkBitTc t2/U and itkBTU U/4. For Tc, there is regime of strongly correlated pairs reminescent of superconductivity. For TcU, there is a domain of uncorrelated pairs. For T>TU, one has a normal metal.
