Abstract
The solution to a puzzle, which involves a white-collar criminal of great reknwon, driving his Porsche on a road, was discussed. 61 seconds after the fugitive arrives at kilometer 0, the speed of the car can be judged by estimating the distance travelled in km. At 91 seconds, it should be checked whether the car has passed the sensor at two kilometers. Binary search can be used to ensure that by the 3-kilometer sensor, the police can know the speed precisely.
