Abstract

(Figure Presented) Special delivery: A supramolecular nanoparticle provides a facile and modular protein delivery system (see picture, TAT enables cell membrane penetration, RGD targeting, and PEG passivation) for highly efficient transduction of intact (unmodified) transcription factors (TF). Such a TF delivery approach provides a powerful method for manipulating cellular behavior.
