Abstract

There are multiple programmable components available on the data-path of end-host systems (i.e., NIC, kernel hooks). Offloading part of an application to these programmable components can increase its performance. Many applications can benefit from offloading functionality, in this paper we describe an approach to automate this process, thus reducing the effort for adopting offloads.
