Abstract

The data about influence of the complex inorganic molecules K4[Ru4Cl4O] on dielectric properties and the transition point of KH4PO4(KDP) crystal are obtained. It is revealed that the selective penetration of the dopant into prismatic 010 sectors results in a remarkable suppressing of the domain contribution in dielectric constant of these sectors whereas dielectric properties of pyramidal 101 sectors are identical to the pure crystal. The measurements near transition point reveal that the maximal value ofcshifts by 0.36 K to lower temperatures in doped sectors.
