He di - rects the Mobility Data Analytics Center (MAC) at CMU. Qians{\textquoteright} research interests are to design, operate, and manage sustainable and resilient infrastructure networks through large-scale data analytics. Qian serves on the editorial board of Transportation Research Part B, Part C and Trans-portmetrica B. He is the recipient of the NSF CAREER award. Qian was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University 2011–2013, and received his PhD degree in Civil Engineering at the UC Davis in 2011.",
