    Abstract

We have epitaxially grown thin films of YBa2Cu3O7 by single target dc magnetron sputtering. These thin films, when prepared on (110) SrTiO3 grow with the [103] YBCO parallel to the [110] SrTiO3. Tco are above 85K. The resistivity of the (103) films is anisotropic while the anisotropy of the upper critical fields parallel and perpendicular to the film surface is less than for a (001) film.
