Abstract

The symbol e_r has been mistakenly replaced by B_r in numerous instances in section 2 and appendix E. Since both e_r and B_r are used frequently in paper and because they refer to very different quantities (er denotes the unit vector in the radial direction and B_r the radial component of the magnetic field), the potential for misinterpretation is significant. Here we reproduce accurate versions of section 2 and appendix E of the manuscript (also see arxiv 1705.09431 for instance).
