Abstract

We model the feasibility of applying existing athermal design strategies on a TM mode Mach-Zehnder Interferometer for temperature insensitive operation. The evaluation of all the design strategies is carried out considering a standard Silicon on Insulator platform with a core thickness of 220 nm.
