    Abstract

By observing the reaction Ks0K±, the TPC/Two-Gamma experiment at the SLAC e+e- storage ring PEP has obtained a 95%-confidence-level limit of B(KK»)<1.6 keV for the (1450) meson. If, as is likely, the decays predominantly into KK», the resulting limit appears to conflict with previous assignments of an observed decay to and also with many analyses of mixing. The contrast of this small width with the large rate for J/ is evidence that the is a glueball with little admixture of qq» states.
