abstract = "We demonstrate the strong electro-refractive response of CuCrP2S6 (CCPS)-integrated SiPh microring resonators in the near-infrared wavelength. Results show significant refractive index tuning of 2.8 x10-3 RIU with low optical losses and high modulation efficiency, outperforming earlier TMDs-based phase shifters.",
