Abstract
This paper considers the problem of H∞ stabilization of linear systems with state and measurement delays and exogenous bounded-energy L2 disturbances. Specifically, an H∞ control design problem for systems with time delay is addressed. The principal result involves sufficient conditions for characterizing fixed-order (i.e., full- and reduced-order) controllers that satisfy a bound on H∞ performance and guarantee asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system in the face of state and measurement system delay.
