N2 - We demonstrate a hybrid integration of anisotropic multilayer 2D GeAs on the SiPh platform for on-chip light manipulation. Results show a remarkable light attenuation ratio difference between the two orthogonal in-plane crystal axes orientations of ~ 3.5.
