Abstract
FTIR spectra of protiated and partially deuterated analogues of the title compound in the 4000-150 cm-1 region at room (RT) and at liquid- nitrogen boiling temperature (LNT) are recorded. The bands that are mainly owing to OH, OD, CO, SO2 as well as to the CuN(pyridine) stretching modes are assigned. The spectral characteristics are correlated with the structural data and compared with those for other saccharinato compounds.
