Abstract

We propose in this paper a constructive time-varying adaptive control scheme for a new class of linearly parametrized non-linear systems. The considered systems are not stabilizable by continuous time-invariant state feedback for any value of the parameters. The novelty of the proposed method is a combined use of currently popular backstepping and time-varying techniques.
