Abstract
The stability and reproducibility of the process, the increase in stability of the equipment, and the broadening of the range of parts that may be grown have been investigated. Shaped crystals were obtained by means of a shaper with a geometry that may be changed in the course of the process and by relative shift in the elements of the thermal zone, corresponding to change in the temperature conditions and the growth rate.
