Abstract

A framework for traffic management in a dynamic network is presented. The components of the framework are: (a) a model for updating drivers' perceptions of network performance (b) a route and departure time choice model and (c) various information supply strategies. These three components are integrated and implemented in a simulation environment. Some preliminary results are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the framework.
