Marketing in the broadband era: A strategic analysis

Abstract

A strategic analysis of marketing in the broadband era is presented. Broadband shifts marketing emphasis from a broadcast model to a truly interactive and personalized one. It was proposed that the creation, delivery and customization of superior customer experience will be creation to long-term success.
