Abstract

Moving cells need to move and modify their membranes to maintain their life. Therefore, studying the factors affecting the formation and control of cell membrane outflow is one of the topics of interest to researchers and scientists. The equilibrium shape and movement of the membrane are due to the forces introduced by the actins below the membrane. In this paper, by presenting a model based on the polarization of actins below the membrane and its physical properties, we study the outgrowths in the cell membrane. We also examine the effect of varying different quantities, such as the density of actin filaments, the filamentation rate of strands, and the stresses introduced into the membrane on the magnitude of membrane outgrowth.
