Abstract

The development of EasyTransport, a intelligent navigation and multimodal transportation guidance system that focuses on near-optimal trajectory planning and informed decision making is discussed. EasyTransport features dual mode of operation which include Navigation and Transporation mode. When EasyTransport operates as a transportation guide to facilitate travel planning, it retrieves, processes and delivers data pertinent to the available transportation option. In the Navigation mode, EasyTransport can contribute one or more intermediate points for a transition, restricting the sets of answers to the subset of paths that pass through the whole sequence of input points.
