N2 - A large keratocyst was conservatively treated for four years. The use of the Partsch operation, with subsequent cyst enucleation after several years, prevented paresthesia, allowed bone healing, and facilitated surgical access. Because of the high incidence of recurrence, we will continue to follow up on the patient's condition.
