Abstract

Imaging and its applications in geotechnical engineering are growing enormously. This has been fueled by advances in digital imaging along with the increasing power of computing. In this chapter, a literature review of the advances of imaging in some civil engineering applications is presented. The applications are categorized according to their disciplines, with focus on geotechnical engineering applications.
