Abstract

In this paper, output agreement problem of a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems with switching topologies is studied. By employing a new type of dynamic control law to the controlled agents, the switching and directed information flow topology is handled and by a state transformation the distributed control problem is successfully converted into network control problem with each subsystem has input-to-output stability (IOS) and unboundedness observability (UO) properties. Then, the cyclic-small-gain theorem is applied to conclude the conclusion that the output agreement objective is achieved.
