    Abstract

    A wide variety of subjects within the general context of searching for limitations in capability due to high average rates. The areas covered are: cerenker counters; transition radiation; synchrotron radiation; time of flight; jet spectrometer; quark tagging by leptons; muon/electron detection; and energy loss sampling.
