Abstract

The design and performance characteristics of a silicon photodiode for tomographic imaging systems were discussed. Results of phantom and clinical studies on real time imaging of large tissue structures were presented. The system featured fully integrated software packages for image reconstruction packages and interactive time series image analysis.
