title = "Phenotypic differences in migration of smooth muscle cells in synthetic PEG hydrogels",
abstract = "The use of synthetic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) hydrogel to investigate the difference in migration of smooth muscle cells was discussed. PEG hydrogels were synthesized at physiologic condition by a self-selective conjugate addition reaction. The results show that the proliferation rates of SMCs within PEG gels were lower than on 2D by R-SMCs were proliferating significantly faster.",
