Recent dissertations in american and european labor history

    Abstract

    This section will appear annually to make available some of the most recent research in labor history. The summaries which follow include PhD dissertations completed at various universities between 1982 and 1984. We invite authors who complete dissertations between 1983 and. 1985 to submit summaries of about 175 but no longer than 200 words to Labor History by June 15, 1985 for publication in the Fall 1985 issue.
