Abstract

‘We know of the wrongs of economic deprivation, of the explosive inequity of inegalitarian societies … But a conspiracy of diplomatic silences appears to overtake the civilised world where the ravages of religious extremism plead for urgent redress. It is time, surely, for an aggressive recognition of the aggressive face of religion.’.
