Self-Assembled Multilayer Formation on Predefined Templates

The ability to form high-definition self-assembled monolayer patterns enables one to create templates to control the growth of overlying structures. In this paper, we explore the use of surface plasmon microscopy to study the growth of self-assembled multilayer structures on predefined templates.
