Jerome K. Percus

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

A model of somite formation in vertebrates is presented in which a biochemical wave selects alternating regions of vertebra and somite production. It does so by imposing expression of a relevant gene in the underlying DNA in the form of a relaxation oscillation.
