Abstract

An artificial receptor having both a 2,6-diamidopyridine hydrogen bonding site and a naphthalene stacking site selectively quenched (5-deaza) flavin fluorescence and inhibited flavin-mediated photo-oxidation of 1,4-butanedithiol.
