Abstract

This paper reviews a plastic machinery available designed for manufacturing structural foam by using existing patented processes. Particular attention is given to considerations which should be taken into account when deciding on type of machinery chosen - high pressure or low. Main machinery manufacturers are listed and technological data of equipment available on the market are also mentioned. Information about blowing agents is included.
