Complex phenomena as interpersonal synchrony and in uence started to be more and more investigated in order to provide a bet- ter understanding of human interaction and guidelines to design machines able to show refined social skills. The First International Workshop on Modeling INTERPersonal Syn- chrONy (INTERPERSONAL 2015) is aimed at providing a picture of current research breakthroughs and issues in in- terepersonal synchrony and in uence research, giving at the same time directions for future works and collaborations.",
