Abstract
A book stacking problem connected with the structure of planks that cantilever off a flat dock is presented. The constructors wanted to create a pile of planks. But if all the planks are of the same size and weight and each planks can sit on only one other plank and support only one other plank, the book stacking problem arises. The problem needs mathematically intense calculations to solve it.
