Abstract

A coordinate-space method is developed to solve the three-dimensional time-dependent Hartree-Fock equations. It is applied to the study of O16 + O16 collisions at Elab=105 MeV for incident angular momenta from O to 40. We find fusion for L=13 through 27 and highly inelastic scattering for L12. NUCLEAR REACTIONS O16(O16,x) in three-dimensional time-dependent Hartree-Fock approximation. Fusion and strongly damped collisions.
