Abstract

Tunneling spectroscopy measurements have been performed on single crystals B1-Sr-Ca-CuO, using the natural surface oxides as the tunnel barrier. The energy gap 2Δ was 58meV at 4.2K and crystals give a sharp single transition at Te=90K. Large values of 2Δ/kBTc in 2212 phase are obtained.
