Abstract
This bilingual (English and Arabic) catalogue accompanies the photograph exhibition by the same title, which I curated, that opened at The Reach in the J.F.K. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington DC as well as the US Pavilion at EXPO 2020 in Dubai in November 2021. The book and exhibition were jointly commissioned by the UAE Embassy in Washington DC and the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The book and exhibition explore US-UAE diplomacy through photographs and oral histories.
