Abstract

We have modified a 40-50 MHz ultrasound imaging system to allow image-guided injections into targeted brain regions of living mouser embryos. The injection technique is described, and example injections are shown. The significance of this research in basic biological science and the potential impact on future attempts at in utero therapy are described.
